Corpus Christi College

Corpus was founded in 1517 by Bishop Fox as a place of Renaissance learning to educate students in both the humanities and sciences. The College was the first in Oxford to make official provision for the study of Greek, alongside Latin and Hebrew, and our trilingual library earned praise from Erasmus and other renowned scholars.

Today, we are a vibrant, close-knit community of students, Fellows and lecturers from many different backgrounds. Our small size gives everyone the opportunity to get involved, make an impact on College life, and be individually supported in the pursuit of excellence.

Donors in the US can give tax-effectively via Americans For Oxford (AFO).
